Hi All,
The results of the speed study on Mathias Rd concludes a speed reduction from 40 mph to 30 mph within the City Limits. Please see the attached report for full details. Do anyone have any concerns with a 30 MPH zone versus 25 MPH zone? Please let me know by next Friday.

SUBJECT: S Mathias Road Speed Zone Investigation #7265
Hello, Joe and Garrett,
As you requested, a speed zone investigation has been conducted on Mathias Road from Woodburn‑Estacada Hwy to S Eves Road (Request ID 7265). A copy of the report indicating the recommended speed zoning is attached.
Please let me know if the speed zone recommendation is acceptable. If it is, a speed zone order will be issued and a copy sent to you. If it is not acceptable, the matter can be presented at the next hearing held to decide contested speed zones.
Please provide a written response within 60 days (by 3/5/2015) to kathleen.e.mcconnell@odot.state.or.us.
