Hi Dan,
See Michael’s email below in regards to Ken’s request to modify the tree selection for under power lines. I’ve also provided links to photos for the trees.
My only comment is that the trees also don’t restrict visual or sight distance. I believe that is a 6-8 foot clearance typically.

At the north and south ends of Molalla Ave, in the areas where the overhead power remains, we want to switch to shorter trees that are approved for this use. See Michaels recommendations below. Will these work?

Acer ginnala ‘Flame’ – Flame maple. Similar to Armstrong in color, only 20’ tall, a little wider than Armstrong at 20’
Pyrus calleryana ‘Jackzam’ – Jack Pear. Similar to Redspire in shape and color and flower. Only 16’ tall and 10’ wide.
