Jenn,

There are two manholes at the top of Leroy. An eastern one and a western one.

The eastern manhole drains the main line on Leroy.

The western manhole is where the bypass line splits from the Toliver main line and takes excess water from it.

The bypass line does not connect with any other mains until the Bear Creek bypass splits from it. It is strictly taking excess water from the Toliver Line. The Bear Creek bypass is a bypass of a bypass, if that makes any sense. It only drains the Toliver bypass.

Best,

Dan Z

Dan,

Do the lines on Leroy parallel each other and connect into the Toliver trunk line? And do they connect at Lynn Lane intersection on Leroy?

Jenn – also, I did run by the Bear Creek line and Toliver lines on the way back to PW. The 12 inch line on 211 does run into the MH on the north side of 211. Also, I was slightly mistaken on how the bypass lines run. The Bear Creek Bypass splits off from the Toliver Bypass at a manhole just before the Toliver Bypass meets back up with the main Toliver Line.

See attached.

Here are some KML files to help zero in on some of the NPDES questions.

They can be opened in Google Earth and show the sewer system.
