Hi Greg,

I recommend getting ahold of the property owner (Deardorf) to do some die testing from inside the building. I can help coordinate that work.

We don’t need to decommission the tank if its removed. My understanding the will be covered under structure and obstructions bid item.

Contractor has uncovered a underground tank, appears to be a septic tank at Sta. 13+50 +- right. Tank is behind existing curb, is in conflict with landscape and illumination conduits.
