Is this on east or west Main Street? Is this a new residence to be constructed? Is this a home that did not have City Sewer? Water? Previously?

We are trying to put a bid today for a sewer line replacement at property address 917 Main Street Molalla and were asked to add the SDC fees onto the contract.
