SDC unofficial estimates for Stoneplace Phase III:

 

Water: Pending need for new meter (current master meter at 4” serving 187 units, possibly more)

2” meter: 19310

3” meter: 42250

4” meter: 72400

Sewer: 96 * 4600 = 441600

Storm: 96 * 760 = 72960

Trans: 96 * 2260 = 216960

Park: TBD, as per current methodology 5570 (96) = 534720

Total: (assuming no water meter and full park SDC) $1,266,240.00

(assuming 2” new meter and a waiver of all park SDC’s in light of the park space dedication): $773,770.00
