Jennifer – I hear that you are trying to upgrade the OH service to a pump station on Molalla Ave @ 7th . Please call the service coordinators 800 542-8818 and place an order - or you can go on line to apply.
PGE will need an application detailing voltage, ampacity of service size, loads (ie. total HP and largest motor). Having not visited the site – you may be required to upgrade the service to a 4 wire, 7 terminal safety socket. I think your equipment is placed on a PGE pole – we will need to address this at the time we make changes if required.

It looks like our 2nd pump has been shipped and is currently in Salem, Or. I did not expect it to arrive for another month. However, in order not to jeopardize the system further, we will wait until the updates have been made before installing.
