Subject: Roads Scholar Registration for Molalla
Hello Jennifer,
Thanks for sending Darren and John to our Roads Scholar classes in Albany last week. When trying to input their course completion into our database, we discovered that both the City of Molalla and Darren & John are new to the program.
To make sure we have all the correct information, we need to have a couple of short forms filled out. Below are links to our AGENCY registration form (for getting Molalla into our system) and to our INDIVIDUAL registration form (for getting Darren and John into the system).
