On February 6, 2015, the attached letter and our check in the amount of $25 was sent to the attention of Joyce Stahly, requesting a payoff for the City of Molalla’s lien against the property located at 704 East 7th Street in Molalla. I have yet to receive a response, even to my error in requesting a payoff good through January 31, 2015. At this time I request that a payoff be provided good through March 31, 2015.
Time is of the essence. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
