Hello All J
I will be out of the office Tuesday June 23rd through Friday June 26th. I will be carrying my cell all week and available for calls if needed.
Payroll time sheets are due on Friday June 26th. Please submit all timesheets to Peggy Johnson. She will be making sure all of the data is collected and I will be working on Saturday June 27th and Sunday June 28th processing payroll and preparing for fiscal year end, June month end, and second quarter 2015 quarter end. Fun stuff!!!!
Please resolve all payroll timecard issues with Peggy on Friday as I will not have you or your staff to ask questions to on the weekend.
Also – with fiscal year end coming please get all of your accounts payable turned in. If you have an invoice issue – please get it resolved and submitted for payment.
