NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the City of Molalla is requesting sealed proposals from qualified persons to provide construction services for the Molalla Urban Renewal - West Heintz Street project. Interested parties should prepare and submit proposals for consideration by the City. It is the City’s intent to select the most advantageous proposal based on the evaluation criteria set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP) packet. Plan sets and Specifications are available in electronic PDF format at the City of Molalla website, www.cityofmolalla.com/rfps.
All proposals must be sealed, clearly marked "Molalla Urban Renewal - West Heintz Street - Contract #15-02" and received by the City Recorder at Molalla City Hall by June 9th, 2015 at 11:00 AM. Any proposal received after that date and time, or not submitted in the proper manner, will be returned without further consideration.
In addition, all Bidders and first-tier sub-contractors, must notify the City within 24 hours of downloading the contract documents. Notification must be sent by e-mail and include contractor name, physical address and phone
number for the company. Bids will not be accepted by the City unless this written notification has been received. Please email HashK@hdjdg.com to indicate you are a contract plan holder. Copies of the plan holder list may be obtained by sending an e-mail to the address above.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received as a result of this RFP, to waive any irregularities, and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Preparation and submission of a proposal is at the proposer’s sole risk and expense.”
