How do you want the City to handle this? I suggest we make the changes since it was originally prepared by Brown and Caldwell by the City.
I do not have a word copy either, but I believe Bill Fasth does.

Jennifer,
Now that we have completed the public comment period and finalized DEQ’s response to comments we need to make the changes to the Recycled Water Use Plan as proposed on March 17, 2015. Unfortunately we only have a PDF version of the August 2014 RWUP and not a MS Word version. If you would send me a word version, I can make the changes, or if you wish you or your consultant can make the changes. Either way, the proposed changes need to be integrated into the most recent version and posted on the web page.
Please let us know your thoughts and how you would like to proceed with these changes.
