Hi,

Garrett and I took a walk along the west boundary of Ivor Davies Park just north of the Molalla Forrest Road this morning. I did not find tents on the private property, however we found excessive littering and trash on the site, including a recycle bin from B&B.

The county Plan Map shows the property is owned by Mandan LLC, which is the same property we irrigate with our recycled water and is obviously in the County. I'm not sure of what can be done and it didn't appear anyone was staying there at this time.
