Hello all
Here is what I would like to propose: I can meet with Dan, Jennifer and staff from Ring Bender next week either on Monday, December 7th or Thursday, December 10th at 10:00am at Molalla City Hall an hour to hour and half. My focus is to discuss and agree on next steps related to the leak testing of the lagoons and my preference would be to focus just on that topic. We do need to communicate on this topic so if a meeting would not work, please propose an alternative, such as a conference call, that we could schedule before the end of the year.
The original meeting concept that we discussed a Ring Bender’s office back on October 5th was to have periodic meetings with the city where we could talk about the multiple intersects DEQ has with the city and also address any communication concerns either of us may have. Nina and I are still interested in having this kind of meeting, if that is what the city would like, but it would have to be scheduled sometime in the new year.

· Let me know which date works to meet with me about the lagoon leak test
· Let me know some possible dates for a meeting with Nina and myself

I checked with Tina Hein this morning and they are requesting that we move the meeting until next week if possible. I chatted with Tiffany this morning and assumed we were a go today but now we are requesting to move the meeting until next week. What do you think?

Say, I’ve left a detailed message on Dan’s land line regarding today’s meeting just now. Late this morning Tiffany heard from Tina at Ring Bender that she was not sure the meeting we had scheduled today at 2 was confirmed. We assumed it was. Tiffany and I have the afternoon blocked to come out to the City and we’re still planning to do that. We would like to know if you were expecting us and will be prepared to check in on general issues as well as the status of the lagoon leak test, which we wish to continue discussing.
Can either of you get back to us as soon as possible so we know whether we’re on or not?
