Hi Chris,

Here is a question from PGE in regards to additional conflicts. I was not a part of the conversation between Greg and PGE, but understood from a conversation with Greg that the City would be reimbursed by PGE if ML Houck moved the line.

Hi Jennifer,

When you receive the cost for adjusting the conduit please send it over. Also on the plan sheets that were provided to PGE it didn’t state that this underground line was in conflict. If the plan sheets provided that information it would have allowed us to relocate the conduit in a timely matter. Are there going to be any future conflicts with the underground utilities on this project?

Hi Richard,

Just wanted to follow up on the PGE buried line conflict with the 30” storm line in N. Molalla. It’s my understanding M.L. Houck will bill the City a separate invoice on T&M for the adjusting the conduit, and in return the City will bill PGE for the reimbursement. Please let me know if you concur.
