Hi Peggy,
When the property sold and Brad Johnson opens a water bill account in his name for the 201 Dixon Ave property, please add note 12 to his water bill. Ideally we will be watching for any expansion that may exceed the use of 20,000 gallons per day. They are proposing an ice plant and high usage would primarily be during the summer months.
