You could direct the developer to this page http://www.clackamas.us/engineering/forms.html which contains our "Development Permit" form. They could fill it out and bring it in to our office or simply just come into the office and fill out the form there. If you or they have any questions, please let me know.

We have a developer proposing to make sidewalk and parking improvements on Ona Way for a future park here in Molalla. This is a part of a land donation for the Stone Place Ph. 3 apartments. I’m not certain the developer has made contact with the county beyond planning to submit the engineering plans for the future improvements. Who should the developer contact at the county to share these plans with?
