Seth, in the enclosed obligation agreement there are 2 exact paragraphs (Pargh. 5 & 6). You mentioned on the phone the City had come up some compromise language. I'm not sure if that was something that didn't get included in my Word version, but at this point I cannot discern any "compromise" language different from the phone call I had with Jennifer on Tuesday. I think the best next step may be a direct meeting with Dan.
