We close at 4pm so most traffic is out of the parking lot at this time aside from the staff who work later and a few cars flowing into our parking lot from Evergreen Court due to their lack of parking. I'm happy to notify Evergreen at the time of the event and I'm sure a few of us wouldn't mind leaving a little early that day! :)
I have it scheduled in our calendar and it is yours for the evening! Thank you for the adequate notice and for thinking of our space! I've included Jodi in this email as she handles all of our facilities use agreements.

We usually hold our NNO event at Fox Park, but due to the big construction project on S. Molalla Ave this year, we can’t. Sadie, Jen Cline, and I were brainstorming yesterday. Would it be possible to use the Adult Center parking lot for our event? The event is Tuesday, August 2, 2016. We would need it empty by 4pm and use it until 8pm. We will also be using the park.
