FYI – Dave Scott will be out next Monday and Tuesday to TV the storm and sewer lines.

How far do you want to him to CCTV mains tying into the mainline?

I think this should do it. I made two maps for north/south, both showing the 211 intersection. Green labels for sewer mhs and dark yellow for storm.

Dan -

Yes I can print 11x17. That would be perfect. If there are any missing CB's - we could add them in and create an ID for them in the field.

If the detail is too busy, one map for San and another for Storm is works too.

Dave – I can make that up for you this morning. My one caveat is that there may be CBs that aren’t on the map but that are on the street. I haven’t done field collection in that intersection yet.

Can you print 11x17s? That would give you a little more real estate.

Dan - Thanks. This helps, what would be ideal is a top view drawing that shows the manhole and CB ID's displayed on the map- so I can print it to get a hard copy to work from in the TV truck?

The interactive map is good, but a little harder to work with in the truck- and we can't easily mark out our progress or make notes on it. Let me know if you can do something like that easily, if not we'll mark up something to use.

Thanks.

Hi Dave, We are only looking to CCTV Molalla Ave between 5th St and Shirley Ave, which the engineer est 5000 LF total for both. Yes, TV only no electronic locates.

Yes, this is part of pre engineering study.

I will have our crew flush the lines prior to the work. Go ahead and include TTC in your bid as well.

Jennifer -

Thanks. I got it.

I just want to do a few quick fact checks.

On a quick review it looks like there is roughly 5,000' of Storm and 5,000' of Sanitary pipe. Does that sound right?

Also it looks like all the sanitary is 8" and storm mains are all 12" with a little 10" maybe. I assume you want to run all the pipe in the project areas - Sanitary mains, Storm mains and Storm Catch basin inlets. Assume sanitary laterals would not be included. Assume lines would be televised only, no electronic locates are required.

I'm assuming this is not part of the Urban Renewal project and not prevailing wage. It is preliminary study for engineer prior to the project for design.

I would assume that the city would clean the lines ahead as needed, and vac truck would be available for additional cleaning if needed.

It looks like formal traffic control / flaggers would be minimal, we would plan to bring in flaggers as needed and invoice at costs plus 10% or City could provide flagging if so desired.

If that all looks good, I can work up a quote for.

Thanks.

Hi Dave,

Attached is the map along with the kmz files. The engineers estimate close to 5000 LF of total sewer and storm mains that they would like video and notes on.

We are looking to have the final report completed in 7-10 business days.

I look forward to your quote and let me know if you have any questions.
