I don’t believe they can start until DEQ issues the 1200-C, which means they could ask for credit on working days since it is a delay by the City.

Chris,
Following up on our phone conversation last week regarding the Molalla Ave project.
In the PRECONSTRUCTION AGENDA under PUBLIC SAFETY AND CONVENIENCE, it states, the contractor will submit for review a written handout 10 days in advance of the work, to be delivered door to door 48 hours prior to the activities. Please confirm this is a contract requirement.
We are ready to get started as soon as we receive approval of the traffic control plan and temporary sign locations, I am trying to avoid any unnecessary delays.
Thank you,
Greg Spence
