Per Cody’s email below, apparently Signal Construction does have the lids marked “Power” for the 1324 junction boxes. The lids marked “lighting” are apparently for the City of Molalla Christmas light/tree well boxes.
Therefore, Signal Construction can use the lids marked “Power” on the junction boxes for the PGE street lights.
I will be on-site at the project tomorrow and verify the actual boxes and lids with the contractor. I will also go over the layout for the 1730 junction box and the adjusted routing for the conduit at the Robbins Street intersection with Molalla Ave.

I would like to clear the confusion from our last phone call over the lids for the junction boxes.
We do have the lids for the street lighting that say “Power” per your PGE specs.
The lids that say “Lighting” on them are for the tree well lighting.
