They wrote on their submittal that they were PGE Approved, however the new material list that was published in March clearly shows Synertech JBs are not listed. It would be interesting to see the old list. Something to request from the contractor who wrote on the submittal that these were approved by PGE. This claim would be on them if the material was never on the list. Hopefully I will get an okay to use the existing boxes since they may have been on the old PGE approved material list was updated in the middle of the submittal process. I know WSDOT had a policy that you could only be held to the standards that were in place when the contract was awarded. In this case, when the plans were approved by PGE.
