I have attached a draft narrative containing information that we have obtained from the Operators and from Industrial Systems' Troy Collison during our investigation of the May 11 incident.
Bill, some of this information will likely be of use to you as you work on an estimate of the time effluent overtopped the Aeration Basin, overtopped the berms and could have reached Bear Creek (as well as the potential volume that may have reached the creek). I have also attached follow up information from Troy Collison which may be useful. Let's discuss later today.
Jennifer and Dan, please review the discussion about Industrial Systems, which is based on our conversation with Troy Collison yesterday and insert any information you can in the highlighted areas.
