We should pot hole to verify 3rd is PVC and of course at Metzler between 5th and 7th to verify if it is AC.

Please find the existing conditions for Metzler/Hart Ave attached. There are recollections from our PW staff of work that we did but don’t have documentation for. See my explanations of what we do and don’t have below and attached.

Metzler
- Original 6” steel line from Main St stubbed out just below 5th Street (Attachments 1 &2)
- Two 2” steel lines were between 5th Street and Section and Section and 7th Street (Attachment 1)
- The steel lines were replaced with AC lines between 5th Street and 7th Street (per public works crew – pothole below 5th)
- 2005 Water Project crossed street from Main St Tee with 8” C900 (Attachment 3)
- UNSURE whether pipe was replaced between Main and 3rd beyond that point
3rd Street
- Original 6” steel line (Attachment 2)
- May have been subbed out with C900 (per public works crew – pothole)
4th Street
- Original 2” steel line (Attachment 2)
5th Street
- Original 10 in Steel. Replaced with 12 Cl 160 PVC (Attachment 4)
Section Street
- Original 6” steel line (Attachment 1)
- Replaced with PVC line (per public works crew, trench line – pothole near valve clusters)
