Great. Thank you for including everyone on this email. That makes things easier.
Rich asked if it will be more convenient to meet after the Area Engineering & Public Works Coordination meeting in Clackamas County later that afternoon. This would cut down on travel time and we would be able to include other ODOT staff that have conflicts with the 9am timeframe.
If 3:30 (or immediately following the Clackamas County meeting) works for you, I’ll send out an invite so it can make it to everyone’s calendars.

Rich Watanabe, the ODOT Region 1 Area Manager-East, asked me to contact you to set up a meeting in the next few weeks to travel to your office and introduce key ODOT Staff who work in Molalla Area, discuss issues originally discussed in initial meeting, provide updates on Enhance Project Update on pavement restoration project on OR 213 and any other areas of concern. I have November 4th at 9am tentatively held for the ODOT staff who would be attending. Does this time work for you and any attendees you feel would benefit from the meeting?
