We are going to have to reschedule this meeting.
Because of the severe weather impacting City operations, the City does not have time to meet this week.
In addition, we would prefer to try and select a date where David and Mr. Bailey, and the City’s consultant Sean Regain are also available.

I am happy to meet with all of you at your office downtown.
David has a previously scheduled compliance inspection on the 10th at that time. As his manager, I am aware of the communications you had with him and the letter sent in response, which we have now received. I will share with you our response to today’s letter when we meet on the 10th.
I also understand that the city would need some time to consider our response. My expectation for the meeting on the 10th would be to convey our response and hear any clarifying questions you have. If you have other agenda items, I’d welcome those and would need at least 24 hours to prepare for them so an agenda by 10am on Wednesday would be appreciated.

The meeting will be at the offices of the City’s attorneys, Ring Bender. It will start at 10:00 am on Thursday the 10th, unless that time does not work for David Cole.
Our version of the agenda, will be sent to you by me before the meeting.
As to the Lagoon Leak Test, if you want to discuss that at the upcoming meeting, David Cole needs to attend.
You will also shortly see my response to David’s letter regarding the Lagoon Leak Test, consistent with a telephone conversation that I had with him about 10 days ago.

Hello all
Here is what I would like to propose: I can meet with Dan, Jennifer and staff from Ring Bender next week either on Monday, December 7th or Thursday, December 10th at 10:00am at Molalla City Hall an hour to hour and half. My focus is to discuss and agree on next steps related to the leak testing of the lagoons and my preference would be to focus just on that topic. We do need to communicate on this topic so if a meeting would not work, please propose an alternative, such as a conference call, that we could schedule before the end of the year.
The original meeting concept that we discussed a Ring Bender’s office back on October 5th was to have periodic meetings with the city where we could talk about the multiple intersects DEQ has with the city and also address any communication concerns either of us may have. Nina and I are still interested in having this kind of meeting, if that is what the city would like, but it would have to be scheduled sometime in the new year.

· Let me know some possible dates for a meeting with Nina and myself
