Nice seeing all of you today. Please see the attached.
Dan Laffitte will be looking into the ACWA WW Treatment Facility review and we’ll let you know next week what we find. The one question Dan raised is whether or not the WWTF evaluation will be used in the legal proceedings, and if the City or Ring Bender would have any concerns about the ACWA review as opposed to Brown and Caldwell’s review. We’ll likely have comment on this after we talk to ACWA, but it might be good to get Ring Bender’s or Dan Huff’s thoughts.
