See if you can have Roy or Adam pick out a couple problem manholes in safe traffic locations to use for example inspecitons.

Jennifer,
The last week of January works for me (I have a meeting mid-afternoon with the City of Portland on Monday, but other than that, Iām open).
Whenever we do this type of training, the goal is to help the crews understand which defects that are of the most concern that would lead to requesting rehab. So the presentation will focus not only on defects but modes of failure and rehab options. Probably a couple-few hours, depending on interactions with the staff. If there are known problem manholes, it also would be good to go out there afterwards and fill out the inspection form as a test run.

Hi Rob,
When can we begin the training for this inspections with our crew? If you have time available, I would like to start the training before the end of January. Mon ā Fri are our best bet for crew availability.
Garrett ā This is something I thing we could assign Roy and rotate people with him every two weeks for him to train. Let me know what you think?
