Hello,

The attempt was made to hold an OSHA meeting last month. There was no one from Admin staff available to do staffing issues. It was reported that no other departments attended either after being notified of the scheduled meeting.

Please mark your calendars with the new date, time and location so you can assign a staff member from each department to attend. We are out of compliance. If you have any questions we can discuss them at the staff meeting tomorrow morning.

Good morning committee,

We have a mandatory OSHA meeting on Wednesday, April 27th at 9:00 AM at the Molalla Library. Attached are the last minutes from our June 11, 2015 meeting, and the current agenda for our meeting in April. Please look over because we will discuss both at our meeting. The library is closed at 9:00 AM, so just ring the "delivery buzzer" outside the single door on the West side of the building (facing Fox Park). Just a few notes before the next meeting:

* Tentative future meeting dates: (Molalla Library, 9:00 AM) we need to decide as a group what day and time our committee will meet.
* You will need to have an alternative staff member attend if you are unable to make the meeting.
* Please bring your binder so we can go over record keeping and retention standards.
* If you have trouble opening the attachments, please give me a call and I will get a hard copy to you prior to our next meeting.
