Hi Andrew,
I wanted to run this by you with a few questions. PGE is abandoning the pole to the City. What is the benefit to the City to take ownership of the pole at this location? I see it requires the City to install guy wire supports? Are they currently needed?
From what I can tell the transformers are being relocated across the street on a separate pole from where they exist today?
