Hi Phil,
Attached is the invoice I spoke about on the phone today. With exception to the high-lighted line, all work was completed at the WWTP. If you look at the list it appears they completed work on the alarms for the Headworks in the beginning of March. I was told this was to repair the high level alarms.
It is my understanding from the diagrams that the headworks alarms are separate from the transfer pump station alarms. So even though the alarms were disabled at the TPS the alarms should have still called out for the headworks. We have record that the alarms recorded through the SCADA but no call went out to the duty phone.
