ACWA Pretreatment Committee:
Attached is the ‘save the date’ flyer for the ACWA “Setting Pretreatment Local Limits” workshop, scheduled in Gresham for June 21 & 22, 2016. This workshop will feature national and local experts to assist communities in improving their knowledge of the national pretreatment local limits requirements. Oregon and Washington State regulatory staff will be attending also.
The workshop will train pretreatment program staff to conduct their own local limits evaluation or to provide strong guidance to a consultant to ensure the local limits evaluaiton is completed to meet the utility goals.
The training program will be held at the Gresham Wastewater Treatment Plant. A block of rooms has been reserved at the nearby Hampton Inn.
