Hi Peggy,
Here is the phone number of the gentleman (Robert Wales) who hit our hydrant @ Safeway, See email below.
I left a message today requesting him to give me a call about how he would like to move forward with payment for the damages. We do not have his address at this time. We may have him listed in the water payment system. Garrett has submitted the invoice for the cost of the repair kit already for $174.00. In addition, there are labor and equipment hours as follows:
Dennis: 2 reg hours
Ryan: 2 reg hours
Service Truck: 2 hours @ rental rate
This is our new 2014 Ford diesel service truck.
Let me know if you need more specifics with the truck.

Jennifer, The damaged hydrant is located at 1515 West Main. It’s the hydrant on the south end of the property on the right hand side as you enter off of West Main and we have placed a red bag over it. The gentleman’s name who hit the hydrant is Robert Wales. His phone number is 503-824-3177. I have instructed him to contact his insurance company.
