We should not be doing any further work on the remaining streets. There is no budget available for the work. I have to generate approximately $1M to construct Molalla Ave. · HartCrowser gives no description of work and Phase:02 is labeled as Level 1 HMA. Not sure what that means. We are using Level 3 for the Molalla project. We are in extreme emergency status with the project funds. Engineering must be kept to a minimum moving forward.
