You need to make sure it has been activated by the customer. Next you would need to remove all power to the logger and then put all batteries back. This will have the logger call to activate the modem. Then in FloWare or FSDATA Desktop you can confirm the SVC code, the IP address and then place a call server through the software. If the call is not successful it will give the option to save a file and you can email back to us so we can see where the call failed. I don’t think this is an out of box failure, just needs setup properly. Let us know if you have any other questions. I have reset the username password. This is case sensitive see below. I checked to see if the logger was even connecting to the server and there is nothing on the server for s/n 150100000244 If you need help getting on the server call when connected to the logger and we can further assist.
