I will bring you a hard copy tonight. This letter is intended as guidance on what to expect if we need to transition the city from minor to major. We would make this decision at the time of renewal so the decision has not yet been made. The criteria for decision making are included in the letter.
We hope that this letter will be helpful to the city as the city does long term planning, infiltration and inflow work and budget development. Please let us know if you have questions.

This spring, DEQ's Northwest Region Office will be moving to a new location - the 700 Lloyd Building at 700 NE Multnomah St., Suite #600, Portland, OR 97232. The target date for operating at the new location is May 18th, 2015.
