Thanks for your message. I am in our Renton office this week.

The panel is not communicating with our monitoring station and need to know if that service needs to be restored or cancelled.

What we would need is a notice of cancellation for the monitoring services that ASG has been providing for the Aquatic center if it is to be cancelled.

If not, we would like to arrange a support request to investigate why the panel is offline.
