I have this setup on 503-829-4160. The greeting for the voicemail box will need to be recorded. Please dial 503-829-1801, hit * and enter the phone number 503-829-4160 followed by # and the pin 1234 followed by #. Option 3 to record the personal greeting.

This request is to follow up with a meeting between the City & MCC last Friday morning.
I would like to request a new phone number for After-hours Public Work Emergencies only. This number will find/follow the below sequences:
· 1 – Call the Duty Phone 503.793.9043 M-F (4:00 PM to 7:00 AM), Sat & Sun (24hours), Holidays 24 hours, if no answer Call Garrett 503.505.3585, if no answer proceed to #3
· 2 – Call City Hall M-F (8:30 AM to 4:00 PM) @ 503.829.6855, if no answer Call Garrett 503.505.3585, if no answer proceed to #3
· 3 – Email Joyce, Peggy, Garrett & Myself the voicemail.
