You can use Joyce’s direct line 503-759-0222 instead of the general City number in the message for utility billing info.

· 2 – Call City Hall M-F (8:30 AM to 4:00 PM) @ 503.829.6855, if no answer Call Garrett 503.505.3585, if no answer proceed to #3
· 3 – Email Joyce, Peggy, Garrett & Myself the voicemail.
