Good afternoon Jennifer, I wanted to touch base with you in regards to fall aeration and overseeding for your parks. Since there are several forces, natural and man-induced, that compact our soil. This is something we recommended to our customer to do at least every other year for the health vigor of the turf. The benefits of this service are: (1) Aerating will allow water, air and fertilizer to penetrate all the way down to the root zone. This in turn allows the roots to grow deeper, creating a more healthy and thicker lawn. (2) It will also greatly reduce the chances of having thatch buildup. (3) It will reduce soil compaction. (4) It will create an optimal environment if overseeding for direct seed to soil contact. With this being such an important application that we highly recommend for your properties I went ahead and put together some discounted pricing for you.
