I have outlined the process to donate sick leave if you are so inclined. You will need to send an e-mail to me in order to proceed with a donation. Our personnel rules provide guidance for donations and the particular conditions of a donation are that the donation may not result in the sick leave of the donating employee dropping below 120 hours (three weeks). Donations will not result in more than the actual time needed. Department Heads please forward this message to any employees that I may have inadvertently missed.
