This is the initial information that the State Drinking Water Program sent to someone in your city, although I am not sure who (if anyone) received it. Please let me know if you would like some more detailed information. The way the state of Oregon has selected to do this, each community does not have to do all the steps in the Instructions for systems attachment, but rather provide us with enough information for us to complete it for you. This saves you a lot of time. If you could please gather and email me the following items prior to our meeting, if available, it will allow us to make the most out of our meeting: · Current Master Plan · List of CIP improvements not yet started by 1/1/2015 and still needed from WMP · Capital Improvement Plan Updates (if updated since the master plan) · Meter Inventory (size and quantity of each size) · PRV Inventory (size and quantity of each size) · PRV Inventory (size and quantity of each size) · Backflow Prevention Device Inventory of those owned and maintained by City (kw size and quantity of each size) · Any other documents that reference a need for a water infrastructure project that is not in the WMP or CIP If you have some of the above documents on your website, we can simply download them from there.
