Subject: COMPLAINT/ISSUE RE VAC TRUCK TODAY 505 Stowers
Received a call from Christopher Sorenson at 505 Stowers who said the VAC truck was in front of their house today doing something to the sewer system. Whatever they did caused material to blow up out of all their drains and toilets. His wife was home and said it wasn’t so much that she couldn’t just wipe it up with Clorox and a cloth, but was enough to blow open the lids of their toilets. He said it startled people in the house.
He was very nice and wants to talk with someone about what caused this and how we can prevent it from happening again, whether it be on their side or the City’s. They did let the crew doing the work know what happened, said they were very apologetic and came in to make sure everything was okay.
