Just to let everyone know we will not be mowing Commercial Pkwy.   Please keep us informed if the planter strips are not being maintained or excessive garbage has blown from the properties onto the streets.

Thanks for everyone’s help on this matter,

FYI,

I have sent notices to the 3 local properties that will be responsible for maintenance. Attached is a copy.

After reviewing the agreement again I find nothing that requires the City to maintain the planter strips on Commercial Parkway. My direction would be to discontinue this practice asap. We should also consider sending the adjacent property owners a letter informing them of as much.
