Since fall is upon us and inclement weather is here, I wanted to take the time and remind everyone that the CBX emergency contact number of (503) 742-4219 is the best way to reach the county in case of a fiber outage. This number will connect you to our 24/7 answering service and will start the process of getting your fiber connection back up and running.
The CBX restoration policy is outlined in appendix B of the service level agreement but please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about our restoration policy. Thank you.
