Please replace as follows:

And adjust the remaining tree down please.

Hi Jennifer,
As discussed, here is the current set up on the main auto attendant. Per our conversation, if you would like Community Planner, Nicolas, as option 4, then all options on the main tree would change and we would need to remove one option. The other option is go with your first plan of adding Nicolas into the sub tree, changing that greeting and routing any planning calls to him as well as adding Rights of Way and Sidewalks routing to your extension. (option 4 , add option 1 for planning- option 2 for sidewalks, option 3 for inspection and option 4 for permits)
Please respond back with the specific set up you would like.
