Regarding the latest cost estimate and Scope of Services:
Phase 100: Project Management – With the reduced scope of work, why is the cost of PM services increased for the revised estimate from $12,938 to $13,140.
Phase 400: The activities listed bullets 1 and 2 are not needed, most of this work has been completed by Brown and Caldwell in the Irrigation Plan complete this year. I can still provide the latest Irrigations data reports and daily logs. I would like to see this reduced to just completing a check list.

Thanks for participating in the call today. To recap, here are the three action items that will drive the revision of our scope and budget:
1. Call between Mark Strandberg (RB), Bill Fasth (BC), and Jennifer Cline (City) to discuss irrigation at the Coleman site. Mark to set up time/call.
2. Call between Rob Lee (BC) and Jennifer Cline to discuss I/I scope. Rob to set up time/call.
3. Internal BC meeting between Rob Lee, Bill Fasth, and Greg Humm to discuss prioritization and sequencing of work, with the goal of deferring work that may not need to occur immediately to address current concerns/issues.
Deadline: revised scope and budget by early/middle part of week of December 15th. This is predicated on items #1 and #2 being completed by the end of this week at the latest.
