Wow. I thought it would be more. Since the damage is under $5000, the city can proceed without additional bids. If you are good with the bid, I'll put a worksheet together and send to you and I'll issue the payment to the City less the deductible. Since the loss is a smaller value and its masonry construction and has a long life expectancy, I won't depreciate the repairs.

I had a company come out a few weeks ago. I have yet to received their bid back. I had planned to contact them last week, but was tied up with some other business. I will reach out to them today and see if they have anything to provide. Otherwise it looks like I will asking for additional bids.
