Hello,
Just checking in on pending items, where we are and give some updates:
· Event Permit is attached: Please review and sign off on the original that will be in my office door before Wednesday at noon please. It is the same as other years.
· Event In a nut shell: The tree lighting will be on Saturday 12/5/15. The roads will need to be shut down around that time at the intersection of 211/N Molalla and at Ross Street. The event will take place between 5pm and 6:30pm. Their PIC is Connie Farrens – 503-706-2577.
· Santa Chair: It will be in the conference room. Day of pick up and assembly is unknown by the group. Their PIC is Connie Farrens – 503-706-2577.
· Tree Delivery: As far as I know that is still set for this Saturday 11/28. Jen – has anyone confirmed so we can arrange to have the tree ring set up on Wednesday?
· Duty Phone: Jen – Has the man on duty been notified of what needs to happen on Saturday 11/28?
· Garland for Building – I got a generous amount of garland donated to us to put up on the building. I will bring it in tomorrow so it can be hung up when our guys are on the roof putting up Santa and the other decorations on our behalf.
· MISC Other Stuff: The porta potty, tent, performers, PA system have all been arranged.
· Dan – We need to confirm with the Mayor that she can attend on 12/5 at 5pm to greet the public and give a speech when needed to include a thanks for the donated garland.
· Banners – Dan….This is a pending items. The Chamber is working on submitting the PGE permit. As soon as we get it, you can move forward on hanging the brackets etc.
· Power – Who is going to be here to open the gate behind the tree to grant access to light the tree up?

Hi,
Had a meeting this morning and this is what was covered:
1. Jen - Tree Delivery will be on Saturday 11/28/15 around 11am.
· Please let Ryan know to include City Hall in his rounds during the 4 hours. Perhaps starting here, assisting, doing the rest then one last drive by before going home to make sure things are dialed in.?.?
· The tree stand needs to be in place before end of shift Wednesday 11/25/15.
· The Chamber will fill out the PGE paperwork and get that back to me so we can get it submitted to PGE.
· I need you to confirm that 11am will work so I can let the Chamber know to go ahead and make sure the tree is here on time.
2. Chief – The truck that is bringing in the tree will likely effect traffic flow. Just FYI for the Officer on duty that may need to assist or receive calls regarding what is going on.
NOTE: I am gone from 11/26/15 to 12/5/15. Doing my best to tie up loose ends with the Chamber to make it easy on staff that began in August. I will keep you updated and send you details about the lighting ceremony now that they are no longer stalled out.
